Job Description:
We seek a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team and drive our insurance sales and marketing efforts, particularly focusing on High Networth Individual (HNI) clients. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective strategies to promote insurance products, educate clients, and build lasting relationships to enhance their insurance coverage.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting HNI clients interested in insurance products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized marketing materials and campaigns
  • Provide clients with insights and guidance to help them make informed decisions about insurance coverage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, promptly addressing their queries and concerns
  • Conduct educational sessions to enhance clients' understanding of insurance products
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitors in the insurance industry
  • Collaborate with research teams to develop effective insurance sales strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
  • Identify growth opportunities within the HNI insurance market
Qualifications:
  • Post-graduate degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in insurance sales and marketing, preferably with HNI clients
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex insurance concepts
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications like IRDAI certification will be advantageous
  • Strong networking skills for building and maintaining client relationships
