PCS was born out of the aspirations of Late Mr. K. C. Shrimal – founder member of Hyderabad Stock Exchange – and nurtured through generations by Late Mr. S. C. Shrimal and his son Late Mr. P. C. Shrimal, Promoter and Chairman of PCS Securities Ltd., twice President of HSE, who had also served as the Chairman of the FISE – Federation of Indian Stock Exchanges.
With his vast experience in the Securities Market, he set up PCS Securities Ltd., a corporate company and soon acquired Membership with MCX & NCDEX and set up PCS Commodities Pvt. Ltd. The company is now headed by his son Mr. Prashant Shrimal, who has great knowledge and experience in this field. The board consists not only of highly experienced generational hierarchy, but also industry stalwarts with a wealth of expertise including Whole-time Director Mr. Paresh Shah.
PCS has always been a pioneer in adopting new technologies to increase efficiencies in providing state-of-the-art software like SMS Alerts to customers notifying balances, “Market In Your Pocket” – Live quotes and charts delivered directly to your mobile phone, a robust Intranet based software for PCS dealers to enable instant communication and accurate information…Life only gets easier with PCS on your side.

Prashant Shrimal
Director

Prashant Shrimal, a seasoned professional with over three decades of industry experience, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As a fourth-generation stock broker, his astute understanding of market dynamics and trend analysis is invaluable. His guidance navigates the complexities of the financial world and steers towards strategic investment decisions, ensuring the fund's stability and growth in dynamic market landscapes. With a vast experience in the securities market, Prashant has a proven track record of creating wealth for clients.

He analyses the portfolio of clients and advises them to invest in the growing sectors, along with analysis of the financials of various companies to generate leads for stock pick by providing qualitative & quantitative research.

He conducts both top-down and bottom-up approaches and individual company research, including complete financial analysis. His knowledge and the complete study of the financial statements and ratio analysis of selected companies, with a particular focus on cash flow statements, enable him to evaluate the companies for investments.

Paresh Shah He has been the Director of PCS Securities Ltd since its inception and closely involved in all aspects of business management. He has extensive experience of more than 23 years in Capital Markets. He has rich knowledge and a strong understanding of various complexities of the securities market, financial services & handling high net-worth investors.

Kushal Thakkar
Vice President

Kushal Thakkar, Vice President at PCS Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, brings over 8 years of extensive experience in sales and training within the insurance sector. With a proactive and self-motivated approach, Kushal has excelled in coordinating and marketing a diverse range of insurance products, organizing promotional events, conducting market research, and achieving accelerated growth while consistently meeting business targets.
